School Bus Passes
On selected school services, it is possible to pay for a bus pass in advance every term.
Students who do this will receive a termly bus pass which they must show to the driver every journey. Terms and conditions apply to the use of school bus passes and can be viewed and accepted through the booking page.
If they already have a student bus pass with us, they will be given preference to any new student wishing to travel.
Late payments
Should the school term have started and payment for the student school bus pass not been made, daily payment onboard the bus will apply. When we receive a Late Payment, it can take up to 7 days to process and issue a school bus pass. If unable to show the school bus pass to the driver, it will mean that a daily payment will be required onboard the bus. No refunds will be given for daily fares charged if the pass is not produced.
Lost Student Bus Pass
Lost school bus passes must be reported and replaced immediately. A fee of £10 will be charged for the replacement pass. If unable to show the school bus pass to the driver will mean that a daily payment will be required onboard the bus. No refunds will be given for daily fares charged if the pass is not produced.
