Conditions of Hire

1. Drivers Hours Regulations will be complied with at all times.
2. Additional travel and excess waiting time will be charged at current rates.
3. The organiser accepts full liability for all wilful damage caused to the vehicle.
4. All litter is to be placed in the receptacles provided.
5. No alcohol to be taken on the coach.
6. An adult, in addition to the driver, should be present and responsible for the conduct of any children being carried.
7. F. Hunt (Coach Hire) Ltd operates a no smoking, no vaping and no alcohol policy.
8. F. Hunt (Coach Hire) Ltd does not accept any responsibility for loss or damage to personal items whatsoever, whether in or on the vehicle before, during or after the hire period.
9. F. Hunt (Coach Hire) Ltd will not accept any responsibility for any cost incurred due to delays as a result of breakdown or other circumstances.
10. A cancellation fee may be charged if the client cancels within 48 hours of the specified departure date.
11. Payment is required a minimum 14 days before departure date. (Organisations that have an existing account with F. Hunt (Coach Hire) Ltd may be offered invoice payment terms).
